Soud Ba'alawy is the Executive Chairman of Dubai Group, the leading diversified financial services company of Dubai Holding. It focuses on Banking, Investments and Insurance, both at a regional and global level.
Known for his strategic insights and entrepreneurial vision, Ba’alawy was previously CEO of Dubai Investment Group and played a key role in its foundation and growth. He has more than ten years of experience in banking and investment with Citigroup, and was the Vice President of Gulf Treasury in Citibank Dubai. He has also served as Chief Investment Officer of Dubai Internet City and as Vice President of The Executive Office.
Ba'alawy is the member of the Executive Committee of Dubai Holding and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Abdulrazak M. Aljassim Chief Operating Officer Dubai Group
Abdulrazaq M. Aljassim is the COO of Dubai Group. As the Group COO, he has established a commercially focused organizational culture which helped it navigate efficiently through the global economic crisis. Prior to this he was the CEO of the Group’s Insurance arm, where he established a green field insurance operation in Turkey in record time and was instrumental in turning around Oman National Investment Corporation Holding to a sustainable path of growth and profitability post its 2008 crisis situation.
Aljassim held various senior positions before joining Dubai Group. He was the Executive Director, Corporate Services and Organizational Development of Emaar Properties, Executive Director of First Gulf Bank, where he managed Operations, Administration and Technology and a Resident Vice President, Banking and Operations for Citibank, UAE.
Aljassim has a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and Digital Communication Engineering from Northrop University in the US.

S. Sanjay Sen Chief Human Resources Officer Dubai Group
Sanjay Sen joined Dubai Group in early January 2009 and is responsible for the Group’s Human Resources function.
Mr. Sen comes with over 25 years of rich and varied experience in all aspects of the Human Resource function across different industries and geographies. Prior to joing Dubai Group, Mr. Sen was with Citigroup where during his tenure of 12 years, he worked in HR Head and Regional/Global Talent Development roles across Asia, Europe and USA. He has also worked in Gillette and the Oberoi Hotel Group in the early years.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Human Resources from Xavier Institute, India.

David Mee General Counsel Dubai Group
David Mee joined Dubai Group in 2007. A qualified English Solicitor since 1983, he has over 20 years of experience in private practice, investment banking and industry.
At Nomura, the leading Japanese Global Investment Bank, Mr. Mee served as European General Counsel and before that practised with Allen & Overy, the major international law firm, in London and Tokyo. He also has regional experience from his time with the Varkey Group in Dubai, a leading provider of private healthcare and education, where he was responsible for the Group’s legal affairs.
He holds an MA in Law from Oxford University.
